Reporting adjustment needs
Clients and/or learners are invited to report any compensation or specific adjustment needs (physical, technical or pedagogical) from the initial file review, so the training pathway can be adapted.

Each situation is reviewed in strict confidence. NOVA ACADEMY works with specialised partners including AGEFIPH, Cap Emploi and DREETS to co-design required pedagogical, technical or organisational adjustments.
